Natal chart

A natal chart is a map of the sky at the moment of birth. It describes psychological structure, life themes, and the ways a person interacts with the world.

How to read it

A natal chart is not read as a pile of isolated meanings. In astrology, everything is read through connections: a sign is refined by a house, a house by its ruler, a planet by aspects, and a forecast by the natal base.

When you read a chart, ask three questions: which themes repeat, where the strongest emphasis is, and which real life questions the chart can help clarify.

Common mistake

A beginner mistake is to open a reference, find one placement, and decide it explains the whole person. A chart does not work that way. One indicator expresses differently depending on houses, aspects, rulers, and lived circumstances.

Use this definition as an entry point into the chart, not as the whole reading.
